La Laguna Trail:

Hiking this ecological trail is easy and accessible. Surrounded by towering tropical trees, monkeys playing among the branches and a great biodiversity of wildlife, this trail is perfect for nature lovers, so don't forget your camera.
El Oleoducto Trail:
One of the most iconic destinations for nature lovers and birdwatchers in Panama, it received its name in the 1940s, when the Allies dug this route in the rainforest for an oil pipeline that was never completed. Today, it is famous for hosting more than 350 species of birds and is a favorite destination for Audubon Society members.
