

PET POLICY
- Scope and General Policies
- One (1) dog per room is allowed, with a maximum weight of 5 pounds (8 kg). Up to 8 dogs will be allowed on the property.
- Only dogs are allowed. Other species are not allowed.
- It is mandatory to inform the presence of the dog at the time of booking.
- Additional cost of $45.00 per night for cleaning and specialized maintenance.
- Service and emotional support dogs are exempt from charges upon presentation of medical certification.
- Some breeds may be restricted, applying safety and coexistence criteria.
- The guest must present a current vaccination certificate.
- Pets should be bathed and free of fleas and ticks.
- The guest must sign this policy acceptance document at check-in.
- The dog must always be kept on a leash outside the room.
- The pet is not allowed to be left alone in the room.
- Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas or hotel furniture.
- In the event that the pet causes damage or discomfort, the hotel reserves the right to apply additional charges or request immediate removal of the pet.
- Guest Commitments
As pet owner, I agree to:
- Report any accident or incident caused by my pet.
- Clean up my pet's waste and dispose of it in the designated organic containers.
- Grooming and drying my pet before entering the room.
- Prohibit excessive barking or disturbance caused by my pet.

- Lobby
- Monkey Bar Terrace
- Terrace of Corotú Restaurant
- Don Caiman Restaurant
Areas NOT Permitted:
- Inside Corotú Restaurant
- Emberá Restaurant
- Inside the Monkey Bar
- Tour areas: Cable car, Exhibitions, Trails, Marina
Authorized Walking Zones:
- Parking
- Villas Area
- Activity Center
- Activity Center Trail
Pets are allowed in the pool area as long as they are out of the water.
- Pet Control
Pets must be leashed or securely leashed when in the common areas of the hotel.
- Room services
For the safety and comfort of your pet and our staff, room service personnel (housekeepers) will only enter the room as long as you are present and can control or watch your pet, or your pet is not in the room.
- Damage to the room or public areas of the hotel.
Your account will be charged for the cost of repairs required for damage caused by your pet.
